   We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. Our only goal is to provide the highest quality products made by reputable and responsible companies.  We support attachment parenting and baby wearing and will do everything we can to help you find the carrier that is right for you.

    If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in it's new, unused, unwashed condition in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. 

   I am proud to offer products that are heathy for families and healthy for the environment.  I try to reuse shipping material whenever possible. When I receive a package, the box and packing material gets passed on to you with your order or recyled.  Don't be surprised if your order comes packed in the Mountain Xpress, Asheville's weekly newspaper.  Your products arrive safely and you get to see what's going on in Asheville!!

   If you have and questions or special requests before placing your order please email me.  If you live in Asheville I can arrange same day delivery or pick up of instock items in most cases. Please email for more info.  If you are local and would like to try on a baby carrier drop me an email and we can work something out.
